Beckley's RVs separates our self from the rest of the RV industry because of our dedication to customer satisfaction. We are so dedicated to this goal that we have hired an outside company to generate monthly CSI reports that track how our sales team and service department are performing as related to customer satisfaction. CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index. Our RV salesmen are graded on this report and strive to make every customers visit a positive one.

From where everything is to how everything is used. Really was a world of knowledge for this rookie. Bill’s constant updates and availability for questions was also nice to see. I can’t tell you how often we have tried to get hold of the finance people at certain places only to get dodged for a day or two. Not the case with Bill. Hello Mike,

John and I returned from our first camping trip in our new trailer, boy what a difference a slide-out and 7 feet can make! We were sorry we missed you when we decided to up-grade from first KZ 18’ Coyote purchased from you 5 yrs ago.

We wanted to take a few seconds to acknowledge a few of your co-workers who were truly helpful during your recovery phase. When we first called inquiring about up-grading we spoke with Kelly, he was most helpful advising us to bring our Coyote in and he would work up a trade in amount. We arrived early parked and met with Kelly who put us in contact with Patrick Murphy, who showed us available models including our KZ 25’ Spree with slide-out. Despite a very wet day, Patrick was most helpful in expediting our trade-in, up-grade process.

Bill Woodcock handled the financial process, securing our funding and arranging the title and tag transfer. We returned the following morning to pick up our new trailer the process was pleasant and organized. Our camper trade-in and up-grade was a spur of the moment decision which your Beckley’s Team mates made as pleasant as when we first joined the Beckley’s Camping customers in 2005.

My wife Melanie and I wanted to send you a note to inform you of the experience we had in finding a like new, previously owned 27’ travel trailer from your company. The models you had to look through were impressive and certainly offered a lot of choices and upgrades for a family making the transition from pop-up camper to travel trailer. The process could have been overwhelming for us being new to the features and processes involved in these bigger units.

In our minds, the single most important part of our experience was our dealings with Greg Habina. Greg was courteous and professional, and more than willing to answer our many questions. His knowledge of your inventory and ability to listen to our preferences allowed him to direct us to many models that fit all of the parameters we thought were “must haves”. This certainly demonstrated to us his desire to put us in a product that was right for us versus just being right for your lot.

The time Greg spent with us was non-rushed and very helpful in identifying and demonstrating the features on the unit that we were unfamiliar with as we stepped up to the next level of camping. The night we picked our camper up was dark and raining, but Greg took the time to make sure we were comfortable with the new information and our new (to us) camper!

Your entire staff, from Kenny on the service side, who had just installed our brake controller days earlier, to the gentleman who upgraded our truck with stabilizers, to Neil who help us find some things we needed right away and a few things to think about for future trips, to Steve who took care of the account, were all professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. BUT, it is the continued gold level service I receive from Greg, as I send weekly email questions, that has made him our sales rep for all future camping products for our family! I have worked for world class leaders in their industries, and Greg would be a solid fit in any of those businesses. Beckley’s is fortunate to have such a professional, motivated, and knowledgeable salesperson providing such a positive experience as he represents your company all while meeting your customer’s needs and exceeding their expectations.

First, I would like to say that I hoped your wife's graduation went well and you had a good time and enjoyed your time off. Mark and I came in Saturday to pick up our camper and, although I never do this, I felt compelled to send you an e-mail this morning about the very unexpected experience we had. Perhaps I should start with what our expectations were going to be. In summary, I thought it would be similar to our camper purchasing experiences before, we are getting there early and most likely will have to wander around to find someone to help us. I figured once we found someone they would shuttle us out to the camper to let us look at it to make sure there were no issues with the camper and see if we had any questions. Figuring that we were already sold on the camper, the person would push us off to finalize payment and get us out and on our way so they could move on to the next person.

We arrived at Beckley's and drove in the back gates as instructed. We didn't get too far when our eyes fell upon two smiling men in what I have to say are the brightest neon shirts I've ever seen in my life!!! One of the gentlemen introduced himself as Pat Murphy and directed us to park the vehicle. Once parked and out of the vehicle, Pat explained the entire pick up process preparing our truck, camper walk thru, the camper store, and payment. The truck keys were given to service and Pat took us to the camper where he proceeded to give one of the best camper walk thru demonstrations I've ever seen. He left nothing out and went over every detail. He answered questions before we even knew we had them!!! We consider ourselves "experienced" campers but he showed us some things and gave us informative tips that we had not thought of. Before we were done the inspection, our truck was brought around, the new hitch and bars were added and the camper was leveled out. I did not get the young man's name who was doing the work, but he was very efficient and didn't seem to mind my husband questioning him, while he was working, about the new set up.

Once the camper was done, Pat took us to the store and introduced us to a gentleman (his name escapes me, but we have his card at home!) who took us around the store and made suggestions on items we may need for the new camper. Note that I said "suggestions". He did not try to pressure us into buying anything we really didn't feel we needed at this time. He was very nice and was quick to answer any questions we had and made us feel very comfortable. After about 1/2 hour and $500+ dollars later we went and packed the camper up with all of our new goodies!

Next we were on to the finance/payment process where we again met with Bill (we originally met with him at the show). He was very thorough in explaining the payment breakdown and associated items. After careful consideration of all of the electrical and motorized items in the camper, we decided to take the additional warranty on the camper to cover a 5 year period. By the time we were done, the tags were on the camper and keys were in our hands, but, were we done yet? No.

The final thing that was done, was to me the most important thing that happened all day. To say my husband was nervous about towing this camper is an understatement, looking back, I probably should have medicated him before we came!!! In any case, we got in the truck and Pat drove the camper around showing Mark some things about towing a longer camper then he was accustomed to. Next, he let Mark take it for a test drive and even had him pull into an empty lot to have him practice backing it up a few times. I truly believe this gave him the confidence he needed and helped to calm his anxiety a bit.

We arrived back at the lot to drop Pat off and we were saying our good byes when he handed us his card and told Mark to call him when we got home just to let him know everything was OK. What!! Who does that in this day and age? We thanked him and we were on our way.

In short, thank you and the staff at Beckley's for the most pleasant purchasing experiences my husband and I have ever had. The staff at the location were easily identifiable, each person we met seemed to have a positive attitude and fun personality while being very professional and helpful, the very same traits that you had during our initial meeting at the show. Please pass along my thanks to Pat for standing in and doing such a commendable job in your absence, and to Beckley's upper management and owner. They certainly should be proud of their staff and having perfected the sales processes and procedures associated with buying a new camper.

Tim - One of my comments on a campers bulletin board was that you took the time to answer all my questions, including those I didn't know to ask. Also, your insistence that both my son and I hook and unhook the towing assembly, "hands on", was invaluable when we got home. It's a bit to remember when you're new at it, but easier (and safer) if you've actually done it.

Neil - As you can see from the configuration and slope of our driveway, use of the trailer dock is very important. I felt much more comfortable with that extra measure of stability. Thanks so much for recommending it. I'll be popping in sometime today to purchase a cover before the storm gets here and a few other items.

Brought the new baby home yesterday. FINALLY, got it in the driveway - ultimately with my next door neighbor driving! We're glad no one had a video camera we were the entertainment for the evening. I read on a campers bulletin board not to worry about looking silly the first couple of times you try backing up and parking, because everyone does. They were right!! This will definitely take some practice. I told Julian that given this was the first time in my life doing this, getting it into our yard without taking out any mailboxes or small children was good enough for me!

We're expecting bad weather after today. We're supposed to be clear and sunny today until dinner time, so I hope to open it up for a few hours, piddle for bit and then lock it down. Per my 17 yr old consultant, after that we'll have to leave it closed until next week. I was ready to open it last night and have it up for the weekend. Julian said, "MOM, there - is - a - hurricane - coming. NO", and drug me in the house by my hair. Gotta luv em.

We purchased an RV at your facility yesterday and we wanted to let everyone there know how wonderful our experience was! We first stopped by the business earlier in the summer and we really got lucky that day because Greg Habina was the sales rep that stepped forward to help us. We are novices at the RV “Thing” and he was very knowledgeably walked us through the basics, gave us a tour of several units, and was a great help to us. After several weeks we decided to pursue our idea of purchasing an RV and, even though we had looked at other places, we returned to Beckley’s because of our experience with Greg and everyone there. On our second visit, Greg again let us look at several units and took us out for a test drive in our favorite. He understood that we wanted to go home and talk about it for a day or so and when we decided to go forward, he couldn’t have been more helpful and professional.

When we spent the afternoon there yesterday being “educated” it was again a pleasure. Everyone in the facility seemed to be sincerely happy for us and interested in talking with us. Greg was very thorough and it looked like Cookie had done a fabulous job checking everything inside and outside our unit. Craig was great in showing us everything we needed in the store and Steve couldn’t have been better at the money end of things!

We are really looking forward to being out and about in our new purchase and we will always remember how helpful and wonderful everyone is at Beckley’s. It seems like a wonderful place to work.

Dear Tim,

Thank you for all your help with the purchase of our first RV. Kevin and I have been searching for quite awhile looking for just the right travel trailer. You asked us lots of questions and then guided us to the perfect one. The floor plan meets all of our need beautifully.

We have had the "Waggin" (named for the wagging tails of our dogs on a trip) for a little over a month. In that time we have been to Camp Lejeune, North Carolina to see our daughter off before she shipped out to Afghanistan. I was able to feed 3 very hungry Marines several meals using the outside kitchen without any difficulty. We have been to Pennsylvania for a long weekend at the Renaissance Faire. We ended up hosting an impromptu gathering one evening for 4 of our friends with plenty of room and seating to spare. Our last adventure was to Texas for a family reunion. Needless to say many of the aunts, uncles and cousins were quite impressed with our new traveling home. They got pretty cold in their tents and sleeping bags while camping and we had to turn the heat down because we were toasty warm in the "Waggin". I especially appreciated the tutorial you gave us before we left that first day. We were confident and prepared to begin our adventures. We will keep you in mind when it's time to upgrade to a motorhome.

We received your note in the mail this past week and wanted to let you know how VERY pleased we are with our purchase this past summer. We took it out on Halloween weekend to try and use it once before the season ended. We had a wonderful time getting to know our new to us RV. We have been back to purchase some of those "extras" that make life a little easier when camping.

We brought it up to have it winterized and your Service Dept. is second to none. I dropped it off the night before for winterization and some other work and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call at 11:30 a.m. saying it was done! Enclosed are a few pictures of our trip in October. You will also notice one member of the family had staked out her territory!!!
