We are so dedicated to this goal that we have hired an outside company to generate monthly CSI reports that track how our sales team and service department are performing as related to customer satisfaction. CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index. Our RV salesmen are graded on this report and strive to make every customers visit a positive one.

We picked up our new T@B max s today and are satisfied customers. Ed was very friendly and helpful through the process and went over the rv with us in great detail. Kudos to Shane in service as well. He was very courteous and knowledgable. When we ran into a small hiccup in the installation of the receiver, Craig Beckley and Shane were right there to go over the issue and explained what needed to be done. The impression we have is that Beckley's wants it done right. We will need to come back to get the Honda Pilot hitch cover installed but I am satisfied that we are getting top notch service. Thanks

Good Job

The service we received from the moment I contacted the Beckley's Camp Center was excellent. My wife and I wanted a used 2015 used T@B that Beckley's had for sale. The only problem was we live in Illinois and Beckley's is in Maryland. I say this because you don't normally see used T@B's for sale, and the turn around for something we wanted would of took months to order. My first conversation was with the internet representative Matt. Matt was very welcoming and most of all patient, especially because I'm new to the camper seen. Matt not only steered us in the right direction but he suggested camp grounds in the area we could stay to spend the weekend in our new T@B. The next step was to connect with a sales rep who Matt recommended. Nick Wolf became our sales rep we would be dealing with throughout the purchasing process. My wife and I were very impressed with our welcoming from everyone at Beckley's the moment we walked in the door. Remember, we just drove 11 hours to pick up our first camper and camp at a camp ground in Gettysburg PA. Nick had the camper ready for us to view for the first time and went over the entire operational features of the camper. My wife and I were very impressed with the patience in which Nick exhibited. Nick & Beckley's camp center (everyone was so friendly) were true to us about everything we agreed once we got there (traveling 11 hours). It turns out the crank wrench to stabilize our T@B was the wrong size, so I contacted Nick directly that evening and he was quick to reply and give us some options to resolve the problem. Our experience was a good one at Beckley's, so I have no problem recommending them to anyone! Thanks to Matt for getting the ball rolling and handing me off to Nick to make the deal happen. My wife works in the business industry and I in the educational field. We both were very happy with the way we were treated from the start. Our salesman, JP, was amazing.

Purchased a GD Imagine 2800BH today. Our salesman, JP, was amazing. Prior to our purchase, we visited multiple RV Sales locations before settling on Beckley's. Tour multiple units and watched tons of Youtube videos before going with the GD Imagine. One such video was a good (at least I thought) hour & 1/2 long walk-through of the 2800BH. So we planned 1 1/2 hours for our walk-through today. Fortunately, our walk-through was over 2 1/2 hours long, and it was a very detailed, relevant & knowledge tour about our unit. He provided tips, how-to's, and answered ever question we had regardless of how simple it may have been. (How do you open the windows? was one such question.) But he didn't blink an eye, he was very professional. I mean, he covered corking, winterization, flushing tanks, connecting the unit to my truck, (we didn't cover disconnecting, which gave me trouble at the storage lot, but heck, I figured it out) lighting the water heater and a ton more. I know I'll forget some of it, but feel confident I can always reach out to someone at Beckley's and get an answer. Equally, Gary (manager) and Bill (Finance) were the epitome of professionalism. Thank you all for making us city folks feel at home, and welcoming us with open arms into the RV community. I know without hesitation our future purchases and upgrades will be made at Beckley's. - George

Great Service!

My wife and I picked up our 2014 evergreen trailer having the slide repaired.We were able to talk with the mechanic who repaired it .He told us where the control boxes for the slides were located and even pulled out the electrical panel to re-position the controller so it could be accessed.While hooking up our trailer to leave he came out and showed me where I should be lubricating the slide and how to do it.Unfortunately we did not get his name but I am totally impressed to the service he provided and the instruction on how to lubricate the slide.We will be using your service department from now on and will refer all that need service to you.Very nice service people throughout the whole service department..Thank you for the great service!
