We are so dedicated to this goal that we have hired an outside company to generate monthly CSI reports that track how our sales team and service department are performing as related to customer satisfaction. CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index. Our RV salesmen are graded on this report and strive to make every customers visit a positive one.

Great Service in Service!

I’d like to take a minute to recognize the excellent customer service I received last week when I had my vehicles in for service. I’d had my RV in for a few different issues and it was ready for pick-up; but I’d come in to have my new toad wired so it would slave off the RV.

To make a long story short both were finally “ready” a little after 5 pm and the regular day was over. Kevin helped me load the toad onto my dolly and checkout the total setup before I departed. He noticed that one of the tail-lights on the toad wasn’t working. He went out of his way to make sure I had a completely legal and functional solution; driving to the auto parts store to get a replacement.

I’ve had a few interactions with various staff at Beckley’s service department since being my RV last Spring, and they have all been professional, competent and friendly. But I really do have to recognize Kevin’s dedication from beginning to end of each service visit I’ve had - and this last time he clearly set the bar high. This is exactly the kind of service that leads me to recommend Beckley’s to others and will keep me coming back.

Great Experience

Today we picked up our 2016 Coachman Clipper 17 FQ, our very first travel trailer. Our experience with Beckley's staff (service, parts, finance) from the moment we walked in the door was exceptional. Special thanks to Jordan for helping us choose some essentials and Ed Buckham, our sales person for taking the time to walk us thru the travel trailer explaining all the details and then going out on the road as we drove it for the first time. unforgettable afternoon

We made the trip down to Thurmont yesterday (3/3/16) and ended up purchasing a 2011 KZ Spree. What a wonderful experience we had! We initially were contacted by Tim Hampton after an inquiry via email. He was most cordial and informed us he would be off the day when we were coming, and set us up with Ed Buckham. We can't say enough good things about how we were treated. Ed took the time to guide these us where we needed to go, looking at both and new units, finally selecting the aforementioned Spree. It was the single best large purchase shopping experience we have ever had; and that's saying something since both of us are in our mid-fifties... Thank you Ed, for an unforgettable afternoon. most thorough walk through

We've bought 2 vans from Beckley's over the years and couldn't compliment them more on their sales (Charlie Wolf and Tim Hampton)and service. We had the most thorough walk through which was so helpful since some of the things the 2016 Pleasure Way offered we weren't aware of. The paper work was also seamless. Aside from it being cold outside, it was a great experience and one we would certainly recommend.

"Professionalism and customer care"

My wife and I want to personally thank your service department (Keith, Kevin, Bruce, John) for the professionalism and great customer care they showed us last week. Our 2014 Redwood fifth-wheel had a longstanding problem with one of the Schwintek electric slides not rolling in and out uniformly. We visited Keith back in October when he spent 30 minutes talking with us about the Schwintek/Lippert mechanism, and then scheduled us for last week.
We had tried to get the unit fixed at Leo’s RV in Gambrills, MD, and McGeorge’s RV in Richmond, VA, over the last 8 months only to be flatly told in both places “if we did not purchase the unit from them, they would not perform the warranty work!” This seemed so absurd to us, and really left us with a sinking feeling wondering if we would ever get the slide fixed.
Last Friday we got checked in at 8:30 am and by 3:30 pm “Bruce and company” had completed the repairs and had us on our way back to Aberdeen, MD. What a great bunch you have working for Beckley’s.

nothing but top class service

We have bought 4 campers from Beckley's and we have had nothing but top class service! The Sales Department is very professional and the process of purchasing is very delightful. The staff is so friendly. The service department is the best we have ever dealt with! Estimates are always on target and we never have had an issue. Beckley’s is reputable

Our experience with Beckley’s, and with Mike Boerum in particular, was 5 stars! Mike was very (VERY) knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and patient, while he worked with us to find the RV that best suited our needs. Our Minnie Winnie was our first RV purchase, so we had lots and lots of questions! The folks in the store were friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy at all. We feel that Beckley’s is reputable and that they will stand by their product. Definitely will be using them again in the future! - Barbara
