Five stars fro Beckley's RV at New Oxford

Five stars for Beckley's RV at New Oxford. I visited summer 2023 looking for some information on nuCamp trailers as I was thinking of buying one. Matt Arlington was the sales rep that I worked with and through conversations and the questions he asked me in what I was wanting to use the trailer, I was able to narrow down my choice to the TAG XL Boondock. For various reasons I was unable to make the purchase at that time so came back in February to pick up from where I had left off. Matt continued to be an excellent resource and helped me place a custom order for the exact model and features I was looking for. When it came time to pick up the RV, again Matt was awesome, giving a thorough walkthrough and tutorial on using and maintaining the TAG. There was a minor issue with the trailer discovered after I left, but Matt took care of it swiftly with the help of Tim and I was on my way again. I really appreciate the time that the team at Beckley's took to ensure I got the right RV for me and to follow up to make sure everything was good. I will be coming back here and working with Matt on my next upgraded RV. I am a very happy customer! - Chris

The entire team at Beckley's is top-notch! From my first phone call (asking a ton of questions as I contemplated buying my first camper) all the way through to delivery, I felt completely taken care of. Mike Chuckerel was my sales person you can tell he (and everyone who works there) is enthusiastic about camping and ensuring you are matched with exactly what you need instead of just trying to sell you something. I have heard horror stories about other dealerships in the area and those experiences are the exact opposite from what I experienced with at Beckley's. I have already told several of my friends that I would never purchase from anywhere else so if you're in the market for a camper, and don't want to feel you're being put through the wringer, you have found your home! - Adamina

Beckley's did what our local dealers could not

My wife and I decided to go crazy a few months ago, sold our house, and went full time. It's been something we've been talking about doing for years and finally decided to pull the trigger. We very quickly realized that our Grand Design Transcend 261BH wasn't going to cut it when the two teenage boys were home from college and they needed their own space. We decided to upgrade to a Transcend 321BH with a separate bunkhouse and a private half bath. We live in Connecticut and tried working with Camper's Inn in Raynham MA and Blue Compass in Newtown CT. Both RV dealers tried to lowball us on our trade and didn't even come close to offering me the percentage discount I was looking for on the 321BH. As soon as they found out that we were cash buyers and wouldn't make any kickback money from the bank on a finance deal, both dealers completely ghosted me. We have been attending the Grand Design Rally in Maryland for several years and Beckley's has always provided the display RV's for the rally, so we decided to give them a try. Sales Manager Justin was very responsive, immediately offered me pretty close to what I was hoping to get for my trade, and agreed to the discount I was looking for on the new RV. We scheduled delivery for a couple weeks out, and Beckley's had everything ready as promised when we arrived from 350 miles away. Justin in finance (different Justin) was quick and efficient with our paperwork, their walk-through guy Andrew was extremely knowledgeable about our new RV and focused on the features that were new to us (solar and tankless hot water), and Dwayne did an amazing job setting up our weight distribution hitch perfectly. Rick in parts hooked us up with a $25 gift card and 10% off anything else above and beyond. Dealing with Beckley's was a pleasure and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new RV. With all of the consolidation and buyouts going on in the industry, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with an old fashioned family owned business. Great Customer Service

I had a great customer service from John and Dwayne of the RV Service department. I had an issue with my trailer brake controller in my truck.
