Beckley's RVs separates our self from the rest of the RV industry because of our dedication to customer satisfaction. We are so dedicated to this goal that we have hired an outside company to generate monthly CSI reports that track how our sales team and service department are performing as related to customer satisfaction. CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index. Our RV salesmen are graded on this report and strive to make every customers visit a positive one.

I previously brought my Jayco Unit that was purchased from another manufacturer to Beckley's Service Center and they did there best to help me out. So I knew my next unit would be purchased there just because the service center was so much better than Chesaco, who would keep a unit for months without progress.
Well, I upgraded my unit through Beckleys and took my unit out for our maiden voyage and noted some of the things that needed work. Though they were already booked up, they took my unit and within a few days they managed to fit my unit in there in between scheduled appointments. There were at least 4 items on my list, but the service center made easy work of it and got my unit back to me in record time. From sales to service, I highly recommend them. I got to see first hand how Beckley's takes care of their people! - Leon
I am very grateful to have found them. The sales person TJ was great, attentive, and kind. He helped me find the best buy for my needs. The other sales people around were also were very nice. Since it’s a family owned business, the vibe is very friendly. Bill, their finance manager, really hooked me up with a great financing plan that I’m honestly so excited about. He was so kind and helpful, I will always recommend anyone going here.
Side note: they have no hidden or extra fees like camping world trying to charge me for delivery, for a walkthrough, and other fees up front on top of a down payment, whereas everything from taxes, titles, license, inspection, etc. go into the financing plan. The walkthrough is part of your purchase. The only thing you need with Berkley’s is a down payment and you just pay monthly 30 days after that down payment! You do need to get RV insurance separately but that’s pretty low cost.

Bought our first camper in 2018 and traded it yesterday, the process was so easy and actually a lot of fun. We have been coming to Beckley's and working with Justin for 5 years such a delight ??. Tows incredible. We traded our travel trailer in on the 3791. I now wish we had bought a fifth wheel first. Tracks straight as an arrow. I am over 6 foot and there is not one place in the 3791 I can not stand up straight. Bath and refrigerator are accessible while on the road with slides in. Stove is centered with counter space on each side with outlets on counter. I will never run out of storage space underneath. - Edward
