Beckley's RVs separates our self from the rest of the RV industry because of our dedication to customer satisfaction. We are so dedicated to this goal that we have hired an outside company to generate monthly CSI reports that track how our sales team and service department are performing as related to customer satisfaction. CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index. Our RV salesmen are graded on this report and strive to make every customers visit a positive one.
Although this may be a form letter from you, we want to make sure that you know how thrilled we are with you all, from YOU, Tim, to Gary (the manager) to the parts people helping us find what we needed today, to the service guys that did a bang up job cleaning up and sprucing up the 2018 Clipper 21RD.
You all have a top notch system there.
I'm am sorry that it got so hot that I didn't really get time to thank you but we are already adding our personal touches to it and look forward to our first camping trip. We just LOVE this trailer soooooooo much!

I just want to tell you how very pleased we are with our new Micro Minnie Winnie and the service and attention we got upon our picking up the trailer.I have been researching RVing for about six months and watch Going RVing every Wednesday night.I am soon retiring and want to travel some and decided on RVing .We went to your Grand Opening at New Oxford and was given a great deal. We want to express our complete satisfaction in our recent purchase of a 2017 Winnebago Winnie Drop from Patrick Murphy. Patrick Murphy is a definite asset to Beckley's R.Vs. Another individual that left an everlasting impression with us! Bill was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and caring. Great guy! Also, Derek Smith! This is our first RV purchase and Derek was more than professional in explaining what is essential for our Trailer. Derek has been instrumental in procurement of a cover that will actually fit our new prized possession. This entire experience has been enjoyable from the day we were blessed to meet Patrick. We picked up our new T@B max s today and are satisfied customers. Ed was very friendly and helpful through the process and went over the rv with us in great detail. Kudos to Shane in service as well. He was very courteous and knowledgable. When we ran into a small hiccup in the installation of the receiver, Craig Beckley and Shane were right there to go over the issue and explained what needed to be done. The impression we have is that Beckley's wants it done right. We will need to come back to get the Honda Pilot hitch cover installed but I am satisfied that we are getting top notch service. Thanks

Just a quick note to say thank you for the GREAT customer service during the trade in and purchase of our new 2017 Grand Design Reflection travel trailer. Greg Habina was an amazing rep from start to finish. His fabulous personality along with the excellent knowledge helped us to decide which trailer was right for us. After shopping around at other local dealers, I can honestly say that we made the best choice by choosing Beckley's. The purchase and turnaround time was quick and flawless. Thank you Greg for your time well spent! Keep up the remarkable work. On a side note.... we LOVE our new Reflection trailer!!

The service we received from the moment I contacted the Beckley's Camp Center was excellent. My wife and I wanted a used 2015 used T@B that Beckley's had for sale. The only problem was we live in Illinois and Beckley's is in Maryland. I say this because you don't normally see used T@B's for sale, and the turn around for something we wanted would of took months to order. My first conversation was with the internet representative Matt. Matt was very welcoming and most of all patient, especially because I'm new to the camper seen. Matt not only steered us in the right direction but he suggested camp grounds in the area we could stay to spend the weekend in our new T@B. The next step was to connect with a sales rep who Matt recommended. Nick Wolf became our sales rep we would be dealing with throughout the purchasing process. My wife and I were very impressed with our welcoming from everyone at Beckley's the moment we walked in the door. Remember, we just drove 11 hours to pick up our first camper and camp at a camp ground in Gettysburg PA. Nick had the camper ready for us to view for the first time and went over the entire operational features of the camper. My wife and I were very impressed with the patience in which Nick exhibited. Nick & Beckley's camp center (everyone was so friendly) were true to us about everything we agreed once we got there (traveling 11 hours). It turns out the crank wrench to stabilize our T@B was the wrong size, so I contacted Nick directly that evening and he was quick to reply and give us some options to resolve the problem. Our experience was a good one at Beckley's, so I have no problem recommending them to anyone! Thanks to Matt for getting the ball rolling and handing me off to Nick to make the deal happen. My wife works in the business industry and I in the educational field. We both were very happy with the way we were treated from the start. Was great seeing you today, and I took the camper over to service and Josh a technician came out and looked at it. He fixed the trim on the window outside the table, and sealed all the windows.
