Beckley's RVs separates our self from the rest of the RV industry because of our dedication to customer satisfaction. We are so dedicated to this goal that we have hired an outside company to generate monthly CSI reports that track how our sales team and service department are performing as related to customer satisfaction. CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index. Our RV salesmen are graded on this report and strive to make every customers visit a positive one.

Everything! This is our first RV and after researching for 2 years, expected to fine SOME issues as we have heard every RV has some problems. So far we have found none. Only driveway camping for now and had to winterize, but have 4 trips planned in Mar/Apr/May, so will be able to check everything in real camping situation. - Patrick

We like auto leveler, huge garage will enable us to take 3 or maybe 4 machines. The kitchen is fantastic and large refrigerator and tank capacity will enable to take extended stays. The 3 slides gives us and friends ample room. - Ronald
