Beckley's RVs separates our self from the rest of the RV industry because of our dedication to customer satisfaction. We are so dedicated to this goal that we have hired an outside company to generate monthly CSI reports that track how our sales team and service department are performing as related to customer satisfaction. CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index. Our RV salesmen are graded on this report and strive to make every customers visit a positive one.

Perfect Class B for Us

We used to have a small pickup truck and an 18-foot travel trailer, which we loved. But truth be told, it was hard to hitch and un-hitch, and the single-axle trailer was difficult to back up, especially into tight campsites and out again. We decided to sell the truck and trailer and buy a Class B camper van that we could simply drive. The Pleasure-Way Ontour 2.0 is less than 20 feet long and fits easily into parking spaces and campsites, and we can just jump in it and go. The Ford Transit F250 engine has plenty of power, and the van is extremely solid and comes with numerous safety features, including blind spot monitoring. The interior is modern-looking and inviting, and the workmanship is excellent. Although the living space is compact, it still provides enough room for two people and plenty of amenities, including a comfortable bed, a wet bath, and a galley and tabletop. It also has two three-point seat belts for the rear couch, which allows us to transport others safely, including our grandchild. - David from Middletown, MD

I like the Ultra Lite Package

The large refrigerator, slide out, front window and solar glass, canopy with LED LIGHTS, electric hitch, storage compartment, everything works, adjustable steps at entrance, free roadside assistance, warranty, storage under the bed, storage under the dinnet seats, screened glass, powder-coat finish on frame, exterior shower, decal packaging, water management roof spouts, multiple lights on rear for visibility, sales and service tech knowledge and walk around presentation. - William

Excellent value

The entire design was exactly what we wanted. Before we went shopping, we had put what was important on paper. This unit checked every box.
