Beckley's RVs separates our self from the rest of the RV industry because of our dedication to customer satisfaction. We are so dedicated to this goal that we have hired an outside company to generate monthly CSI reports that track how our sales team and service department are performing as related to customer satisfaction. CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index. Our RV salesmen are graded on this report and strive to make every customers visit a positive one.

We have bought 4 campers from Beckley's and we have had nothing but top class service! The Sales Department is very professional and the process of purchasing is very delightful. The staff is so friendly. The service department is the best we have ever dealt with! Estimates are always on target and we never have had an issue. Our experience with Beckley’s, and with Mike Boerum in particular, was 5 stars! Mike was very (VERY) knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and patient, while he worked with us to find the RV that best suited our needs. Our Minnie Winnie was our first RV purchase, so we had lots and lots of questions! The folks in the store were friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy at all. We started looking at travel trailers 1 year ago. Our salesman Tim Hampton was excellent. He was not at all pushy and took his time to show us quite a few campers. He finally found us the perfect match. The staff at Beckleys had the 2007 model so well groomed both my neighbors swore I brought a brand new unit home. After the 2.5 hour demo and knowledgeable parts department We felt 100% confident to go camping. This is rare for me but I can not think of one complaint or change to the process. See Joe Goetz. Great guy, sales rep, & alot of experience. Made our buy decision so easy. We actually bid & won our trailer on Ebay via Joe, who took the time days before the auction closed to review in person all aspects of used camper condition BEFORE we even bid online, even though it was an "as is" auction.......awesome! We were going from Florida to New York and had an LP water heater and fridge not working. Your shop worked us in, fixed it quickly, and were very fair on price. I met your sales team 6 years ago, so when I needed service on my Crossroads 30’ trailer I came to Beckley’s! DE, FL, & VA dealers can’t begin to equal the quality, sincerity, and service your team provided me. Keith took time to stop & welcome me in to have service work done and introduced me to Cory Smith, his service advisor. He was very professional, polite, and sincerely motivated to do the best job for me & my wife when we dropped our trailer off for service & warranty work. Cory phoned us and kept us up to speed on progress made and work done.

Sorry we missed your call hope your vacation was relaxing. Everything is fine with the camper. Couldn't be happier. The 5th wheel hitch is everything you and Dan said it would be and the trailer handles great. We want to thank you and the whole staff at Beckleys for such a wonderful experience with this purchase. We stopped in at Beckley's on Dec 18th and thanks to Beckley's wonderful sales staff (especially Patrick Murphy), we are now the proud owners of this wonderful 2015 T@B Maxx S Outback edition. Patrick our salesman was patient, knowledgable and made the purchase very straight forward..
