Beckley's RVs separates our self from the rest of the RV industry because of our dedication to customer satisfaction. We are so dedicated to this goal that we have hired an outside company to generate monthly CSI reports that track how our sales team and service department are performing as related to customer satisfaction. CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index. Our RV salesmen are graded on this report and strive to make every customers visit a positive one.

We want to say that our experience at Beckley's, starting with Sherri Naill as our salesperson, along with several folks in the accessories/ parts store and knowledgeable and courteous service department was so wonderful that we came back to trade our first pop-up camper that we purchased from Beckley's for a travel trailer. Beckley's is one of the best RV dealerships around. Our saleperson, Mike, was very informative and helpful when we went from a tent to a pop-up, our first camper. He took the time and showed us how to operate it. This was back in 2004, but even today the service is still excellent and MIke continues to be a great salesperson.

As newlyweds we came to Beckley's to purchase a pop up to start our adventures as a married couple. About a year after, we welcomed our daughter to the world of camping. When were purchased our 1st camper from Beckley's I vividly remember Tim Hampton telling us that he'd be there for us when we were ready to upgrade. So, needless to say we sought him out for our next purchase. He never made us feel pressured to buy, and worked hard with the finance department to make it even more affordable to upgrade than to keep our old camper. Tim is so personable and made us feel like we were his only customer as he went through the whole process with us. Thanks Tim!
