Beckley's RVs separates our self from the rest of the RV industry because of our dedication to customer satisfaction. We are so dedicated to this goal that we have hired an outside company to generate monthly CSI reports that track how our sales team and service department are performing as related to customer satisfaction. CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index. Our RV salesmen are graded on this report and strive to make every customers visit a positive one.

John and I returned from our first camping trip in our new trailer, boy what a difference a slide-out and 7 feet can make! We were sorry we missed you when we decided to up-grade from first KZ 18’ Coyote purchased from you 5 yrs ago.
We wanted to take a few seconds to acknowledge a few of your co-workers who were truly helpful during your recovery phase. When we first called inquiring about up-grading we spoke with Kelly, he was most helpful advising us to bring our Coyote in and he would work up a trade in amount. We arrived early parked and met with Kelly who put us in contact with Patrick Murphy, who showed us available models including our KZ 25’ Spree with slide-out. Despite a very wet day, Patrick was most helpful in expediting our trade-in, up-grade process.
Bill Woodcock handled the financial process, securing our funding and arranging the title and tag transfer. We returned the following morning to pick up our new trailer the process was pleasant and organized. Our camper trade-in and up-grade was a spur of the moment decision which your Beckley’s Team mates made as pleasant as when we first joined the Beckley’s Camping customers in 2005.

While we were there, we were very impressed with the rest of the staff who were very courteous and helpful too. We have already bragged to our friends what an awesome experience we had.

My Salesman, Brian Shrader, far exceeded all my expectations. From beginning to end, the sales process was accomplished with skill and consideration.
I once owned a 14’ Sunline RV when I was in college in the 1950s. It was a present from my grandfather, so I do not know where it was purchased. I sold it soon after graduation, and have found memories of happy times camping during those years.
I am now 74 years of age and told my wife that owning an RV was “now or never for me”. So, you see that owning an RV now is the realization of a dream I have nurtured for more than half a century.
I have been aware of Beckley’s Camping Center for the past 10 years or more. And on numerous trips I have made to your facility, I met several salesmen, and not once did I feel pressure of any kind to make a purchase. In fact, I always received a warm welcome.

We had a good experience working with Beckley's to purchase our camper. Sherri Naill was amazing and patient with us until our schedules aligned to drive down and finalize our purchase. We weren't bombarded by emails or calls to make the sale, the business let us think over our purchase and really treated us great throughout the negotiation process.
