CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index. Our RV salesmen are graded on this report and strive to make every customers visit a positive one.

We recently purchased a used travel trailer (our first camper) and the entire staff at Beckley's was very professional, welcoming, and focused on our needs. They take you through the process at your speed with no pressure to make decisions. We were really happy with their attention to detail and overall knowledge about all things RV. We had a lot of uncertainty about wether our vehicle was right for towing and some special access considerations to discuss for our family members and they were fantastic and answered all our questions and concerns. Greg Habina was so easy to work with and was very patient with us as first-time buyers. He listened to all of our concerns and treated us like we were his only client. When you buy from them you really feel like you are part of the family; they are very responsive and happy to work with you on anything even after the sale. First time buyers here. My wife and I just purchased our first travel trailer, a Jayco Jay Feather, at Beckley's. We worked with Chase who is fantastic!! (Ask for Chase). He was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He helped us find the right trailer that made sense for us. Even after we purchased the travel trailer, he was willing to answer additional questions that we had. The staff there is very helpful and friendly too. Great overall customer service. The most absolute best experience I’ve ever had purchasing something. The employees at this establishment are the best of the best. It’s obvious they are trained very well and like their jobs. From the receptionist to the sales team, the sales managers, the parts department employees, and their manager all Top Notch people. Alex has treated me not only a like a customer but as a friend. He is the opposite of the stereotypical salesman. Straight shooter and all around nice guy. I had not heard of Beckley's before I saw the RV that I wanted on the website. I had only dealt with Camping World in the past and always left feeling like "they got me." I came to Beckley's in a defensive mode and after speaking to Alex, he made me feel comfortable. I had to have several items serviced on my 5th wheel. We bought the RV from Beckley's and feel comfortable having them do the work. I worked with Cheyanne Pasten to get the work scheduled. Beckley's fixed damage to a rear hydraulic jack, rear side panel, 2 new front hydraulic jacks, and a new battery. They also performed several other checks. We were satisfied with the service performed. I would recommend Beckley's and Cheyanne. - Craig
