Beckley's RVs separates our self from the rest of the RV industry because of our dedication to customer satisfaction. We are so dedicated to this goal that we have hired an outside company to generate monthly CSI reports that track how our sales team and service department are performing as related to customer satisfaction. CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index. Our RV salesmen are graded on this report and strive to make every customers visit a positive one.

Such a great experience

We had such a great experience here with Chris Hurst as our salesperson we met him at the timonium RV show and he found us the perfect camper financing was quick and easy even though we were already approved and ready to go pick up a different camper on Wednesday. You guys are top notch

My husband and I decided it was time to trade in our old tired travel trailer. Hubby had been wanting a 5th wheel for a few years, and he found the perfect one to suit our needs at Beckley's. Jordan was our sales person, He took us not only to the 5th wheel we were interested in but a couple others as well. Just so we could look around. He was so patient and informative. When we went to pick up our new/used Durango 5th wheel, Jordan spent HOURS going over everything with us in great detail. He even gave me a little "test", (LoL) on how to latch the glass shower door to prevent it from breaking while going down the road. While we waited for Beckley's to put the hitch into the bed of our truck we were offered hot and cold beverages and snacks. I cannot remember the names of the service guys that took care of the brake system on the trailer and truck, but you, and Jordan were phenomenal. It was extremely windy and cold out and still they got the job done in a timely manner. Everyone we encountered were friendly, kind, and professional, Oh and Jordan, thanks for offering to pick up some lunch for us. We appreciate your kindness. I highly recommend Beckley's

My apologies it took me so long to write this review, on 11/9/24 my fiancé and I went up to Beckley's to look at a fifth wheel we had seen online, our sales rep was Nick. We spent a good 4 hours looking at the fifth wheel and 1 or 2 others, but we definitely were interested in the 1 that we had seen online. before we left that day I put a deposit down on it and we left . On 11/19/24 I was scheduled to pick up my new to us fifth wheel, when I arrived they still were making sure that my unit was good to go, Nick went over everything with me while the shop was installing my fifth wheel in the bed of my truck. I have to say that the whole experience from start to finish was stress free and there was never any pressure. Nick, sales manager Justin, Damon, and Bill in finance were nothing less then awesome! when Justin was inspecting my trade he had found an issue but we worked through it and completed the deal. We bought our Airstream from Beckley’s; made a 4 hour drive and picked it up yesterday. I would give them a ten star review if possible! Every single person that helped us was fantastic: sales, parts, service, business office. We worked with Alex for our purchase, and I can honestly say that he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Starting with the first question I asked over a month ago and continuing as he checked in late last night to make sure we arrived home all right, Alex could not have done a better job for us.
