Beckley's RVs separates our self from the rest of the RV industry because of our dedication to customer satisfaction. We are so dedicated to this goal that we have hired an outside company to generate monthly CSI reports that track how our sales team and service department are performing as related to customer satisfaction. CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index. Our RV salesmen are graded on this report and strive to make every customers visit a positive one.
Myself and my wife just picked up our new to us Jayco travel trailer. I just wanted to take a moment to really thank Beckley's RV for their awesome customer service. I worked with Scott S to get a deal we were happy with and to walk out of their proud of our purchase. We just picked this up this morning and everything went smoothly. During my walkthrough and assessment of the trailer. I took my time, made a huge checklist and ensured things were correct with the electrical system, roof, seal etc. I am very happy with the PDI that Beckley's provided. It was safe to say the only issue I could come up with was a battery was reversed in the smoke detector. They did a fantastic job! We cannot wait to get our feet wet with this new Jayco. My husband and took the drive from PA to work with Daryl. He was wonderful, very helpful when answering questions and gave us time to talk about the different options without being pushy. Unfortunately due to us wanting to get a bigger truck to ultimately get a bigger RV, we decided to back out of the one we had put a down-payment on. I was heart broken that we couldn't camp this year but the team at Beckley's were very understanding and refunded our money. We were very impressed with how they handled us. Had a great purchase experience with Nick for our Ember Touring. Had the unit set up for our walkthrough and made sure everything was working or fixed before we took the trailer off the lot. Their tech guys had the wdh installed and perfectly balanced. Nick even followed up the next day to make sure the trip home went well.
