Beckley's RVs separates our self from the rest of the RV industry because of our dedication to customer satisfaction. We are so dedicated to this goal that we have hired an outside company to generate monthly CSI reports that track how our sales team and service department are performing as related to customer satisfaction. CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index. Our RV salesmen are graded on this report and strive to make every customers visit a positive one.
Don and Beckley RV Center,
I fell compelled to write this note thanking Don and the entire BCC for working with me and helping me chose and ultimately purchase my first RV. I have had the trailer for two weeks and have gone out every weekend. The family loves the time we get to spend together. Prior to me coming to Beckley's and speaking with Don I have been to almost every RV dealer in the mid east coast. Trying to find a good dealer and ultimately a good deal on a trailer was harder than I ever imagined. I was about to give up the search and give up when I came across the Beckley web site. I took one look and found exactly what I was looking for. I contacted Don and he was very receptive to my "cold call" for this RV, He said he would have to check on the price and call me back. He called me right back and me and my sone were on site in two hours. When we got to BCC it was extremely busy and the trailer was not on the lot it was down at the Fireman's Carnival. I fully expected to be told ..well it is over there you can go take a look at it but it is locked...let me know what you think. When Don said "lets go can I ride with you " I almost fell over! I ended up taking a lot Don's time that day and at no point did I fell rushed. This is the unit I ended up purchasing. The finance dept can sometimes be nerve racking however , the group that is there took a look at everything and made me feel comfortable. They called me back to, when they said they would! They put the payments where they needed to be with the terms that I wanted. The level of service and the professionalism by the entire staff was a breath of fresh air!!! I will recommend everyone that asks me about buying a RV to Beckley's Center. When it comes time to trade in and go bigger, there will be no other place I will even think of going.

Last month we went to the RV show in Maryland to look at RVs and we found one we liked at another dealer but waited a week to buy it to think it over. The following week we went back to the RV show to buy our RV but upon arriving my wife wanted to walk around the show one more time to make sure we did not miss anything so we did. Right before we left the last dealer we walked to Beckley's. As arriving at there display we were greeted by Phil Rau! He was very welcoming he showed us a camper that we absolutely fell in love with. He was great answering any and all questions without hesitation and wanting us to ask more! He was by far the BEST salesmen at the show that we talked to that didn't make you feel like a stranger or idiot. I also the loved the environment Beckley's had at the RV show with dim lighting and a DJ that play music at just the right volume which made it a very relaxing environment. On the day of pick up we had to finish paper work with Justin Todd and he was amazing to work with answering any and all questions and encouraging us to ask more not to mention he being a avid fishermen like my self which made it a pleasure talking to him. We also went over the entire trailer with Phil showing us everything and everything making us feel at ease taking it home. Words can not explain how easy and relaxing and fun Beckley's made our buying experience. - Aaron
The whole experience was excellent, from greeting at the door till we left, this is our fourth time using Beckley's in Thurmont, our sales man was Jordan excellent all the way through the buying process, hopefully this is our last time, but if not we will go there again

He was very helpful with my out of state purchase. He was so understanding in postponing my pickup date (twice) due to bad weather. Sale went smoothly. When I picked up and saw the camper for the first time, Greg was very thorough and patient explaining and showing me everything I needed to know about my new teardrop. Best purchase I ever made! Really great experience working with Beckleys and more specifically Jordan. I didn’t receive any pressure. I was looking at the Z 3100 and was working with both Generals RV and Beckleys. I let them both know what I was looking for with the trade in and all in offer. Jordan was honest and lmk that it would be a tough offer but he would work with management and call me back the next day and that they probably wouldn’t beat General RV. General RV called and told me what their best offer was. It was slightly higher than Beckleys and when I let General RV know, they said that they would do another look and would get back to me in a couple of hours. They said they were confident they could beat Beckleys. The conversation just didn’t feel right to me. General RV was giving off a pretty strong sales tactic vibe to me whereas Beckleys was giving me their honest offer.

Beckley’s has been my go to for info on trailers and what is the best fit for my needs for over three years. Shawn made time for me whenever I wanted to see something on the lot. When I did make a decision in September I was given a great deal and perks to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
