Beckley's RVs Customer Testimonials

Beckley's RVs separates our self from the rest of the RV industry because of our dedication to customer satisfaction. We are so dedicated to this goal that we have hired an outside company to generate monthly CSI reports that track how our sales team and service department are performing as related to customer satisfaction. CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index. Our RV salesmen are graded on this report and strive to make every customers visit a positive one.

Our salesman, JP, was amazing.

Purchased a GD Imagine 2800BH today. Our salesman, JP, was amazing. Prior to our purchase, we visited multiple RV Sales locations before settling on Beckley's. Tour multiple units and watched tons of Youtube videos before going with the GD Imagine. One such video was a good (at least I thought) hour & 1/2 long walk-through of the 2800BH. So we planned 1 1/2 hours for our walk-through today. Fortunately, our walk-through was over 2 1/2 hours long, and it was a very detailed, relevant & knowledge tour about our unit. He provided tips, how-to's, and answered ever question we had regardless of how simple it may have been. (How do you open the windows? was one such question.) But he didn't blink an eye, he was very professional. I mean, he covered corking, winterization, flushing tanks, connecting the unit to my truck, (we didn't cover disconnecting, which gave me trouble at the storage lot, but heck, I figured it out) lighting the water heater and a ton more. I know I'll forget some of it, but feel confident I can always reach out to someone at Beckley's and get an answer. Equally, Gary (manager) and Bill (Finance) were the epitome of professionalism. Thank you all for making us city folks feel at home, and welcoming us with open arms into the RV community. I know without hesitation our future purchases and upgrades will be made at Beckley's. - George

Class A++ experience and establishment from the top, down

This review is long overdue for Beckley's but mostly for Jordan. My review is going to be a long one but you will see the lengths that this man (and the company) went to make sure that my customer experience was nothing but a top class.

Let me first say that we live in California. My wife and I were celebrating our 20 year anniversary and we had always wanted to go on a cross country trip. After years of renting RVs we had decided to purchase one of our own. After a few false starts with others in CA, we decided to look outside of the state for the Brinkley model i 294.

Unfortunately at the time we were looking, no company had one for sale. It felt like we had called almost every Brinkley dealership in the country. Some had made promises to get a unit and others were straight shooters saying they couldn't get the unit in the timeframe we wanted it, but a few months down the road.

That was until I called Beckley's RVs and I was put in contact with Jordan. He told us that they had a 294 possibly on the way, but he wanted to check. He called me back in about 20 minutes and said he could put a rush on it for us. This was because in 2 weeks my wife and I were planning on flying across country, renting a truck, and then driving back to CA. Oh and I threw in a curveball also asking him upgrade the solar package before we got there.

To my amazement he said he was confident that his team was going to be able to do it and for some reason I had full trust in him. I have been in and around sales my entire life and you know you can just tell when someone is selling you some BS to close you. NEVER once did I ever get that icky feeling that you get with a pushy sales person.

Just the opposite, in fact you could tell he cares about his clients and he is just there to provide options to the client with integrity and guidance. Then when they decide, he helps them get what they want. THAT is what a sales representative should do and how they should act.

Our very 1st RV purchase

Super patient and helpful

We had a fantastic experience with our sales rep TJ at Beckley's. TJ was fantastic, we went multiple times unsure about what layout and type of fifth wheel we needed for our first RV purchase and he was super patient and helpful narrowing down our choice. He was very knowledgeable and always found the answers to our questions promptly. We ended up purchasing the 2024 Grand Design Solitude Influence 4003BH. We love it! This will be our full time home for the next year + and we couldn't have made a better choice, it's great. We're thankful we found Beckley's and TJ for a seamless purchase process. I want to thank you for all the support and help you have provided us. My wife and I bought our Winnebago Micro Minnie from Beckley's last September.and have been extremely happy with the service we have received from the both of you.

Shawn, you made the buying experience as simple as possible. You explained what options were available and the how they would benefit our camping experience. During the walk-through of the trailer you showed us how everything worked and made sure all the problems were taken care of before we took the trailer home.

Misty, you have been great to work with for both winter storage and warranty service.. Unknown to us, our credit card company put a security hold put on our credit card that you had been using for the monthly storage fee due to possible credit card fraud and you helped us work through that with minimum problems. Thank you. I am active on several travel trailer websites and have been hearing that it took people 3-4 months to get warranty repairs done to their trailers. We had three different warranty repairs done (all small items but things that needed to be done) and all of them were done in what I considered to be well within a reasonable amount of time, not months of waiting. Plus unlike some service centers, the repairs were done correctly the first time.

We have been very happy with the service we have received from Beckley's and will continue to recommend you to all our camping friends.
