Beckley's RVs Customer Testimonials

Beckley's RVs separates our self from the rest of the RV industry because of our dedication to customer satisfaction. We are so dedicated to this goal that we have hired an outside company to generate monthly CSI reports that track how our sales team and service department are performing as related to customer satisfaction. CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index. Our RV salesmen are graded on this report and strive to make every customers visit a positive one.

Good Job

The service we received from the moment I contacted the Beckley's Camp Center was excellent. My wife and I wanted a used 2015 used T@B that Beckley's had for sale. The only problem was we live in Illinois and Beckley's is in Maryland. I say this because you don't normally see used T@B's for sale, and the turn around for something we wanted would of took months to order. My first conversation was with the internet representative Matt. Matt was very welcoming and most of all patient, especially because I'm new to the camper seen. Matt not only steered us in the right direction but he suggested camp grounds in the area we could stay to spend the weekend in our new T@B. The next step was to connect with a sales rep who Matt recommended. Nick Wolf became our sales rep we would be dealing with throughout the purchasing process. My wife and I were very impressed with our welcoming from everyone at Beckley's the moment we walked in the door. Remember, we just drove 11 hours to pick up our first camper and camp at a camp ground in Gettysburg PA. Nick had the camper ready for us to view for the first time and went over the entire operational features of the camper. My wife and I were very impressed with the patience in which Nick exhibited. Nick & Beckley's camp center (everyone was so friendly) were true to us about everything we agreed once we got there (traveling 11 hours). It turns out the crank wrench to stabilize our T@B was the wrong size, so I contacted Nick directly that evening and he was quick to reply and give us some options to resolve the problem. Our experience was a good one at Beckley's, so I have no problem recommending them to anyone! Thanks to Matt for getting the ball rolling and handing me off to Nick to make the deal happen. My wife works in the business industry and I in the educational field. We both were very happy with the way we were treated from the start. Beckley’s has been my go to for info on trailers and what is the best fit for my needs for over three years. Shawn made time for me whenever I wanted to see something on the lot. Very transparent, friendly, and pleasant experience

Had a solid buying experience, no games or high pressure sales. I went to Beckley’s for a specific unit after doing some research, but Greg Habina took the time to learn more about our needs, made some recommendations, and provided a comprehensive look at several other options and at no point tried to push us into a sale. Over the course of a couple of days Greg stayed in touch, we made a decision, and came back to purchase. We had a nice tour of the store, bought some supplies, and they were kind enough to take to our unit while we finished the financing. Usually this is the point where a buyer is pressured to add on a bunch of stuff in the heat of the moment, but Justin Todd did none of that. The paperwork only took a few minutes and felt more like a casual conversation than a high stakes purchase. I’ve bought countless vehicles throughout my life and I kept waiting for the usual sales tactics to surface, but honestly have to say it was a very transparent, friendly, and pleasant experience. Unlike some of the big box RV companies that we dealt with prior to this purchase, Beckley’s is operating at a different level and the family owned company DNA is apparent. Greg, Bill Woodcock, and the entire team worked in earnest to structure a great deal for us, highly recommend. They clearly care about the customer

Worked mainly with Chuck Liller & Justin Todd (finance) on a new travel trailer. Beckley's makes it easy as they have a drive through winterization service which we have used in the past. We were able to negotiate a fair deal with them on an inventory unit, Chuck and the owner Kelly were very patient with us as we wanted to use our own financing. Beckley's wound up having the best rate so we wound up using their financing. Justin was a straight shooter and didn't try to pressure us into purchasing a bunch of extras in finance.

The staff is very friendly and the service is very good. They clearly care about the customer and do everything possible to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. I know this because our deal was not a quick or simple deal we also pressed for Saturday delivery at the end of June which was very busy. They went above and beyond to comply with all our requests.

This was our first camper and the experience was quite delightful, Scott Subasic was a great salesman, no pressure, explained the different models and had the patience to answer all our questions of the many models we looked at. Class A++ experience and establishment from the top, down

This review is long overdue for Beckley's but mostly for Jordan. My review is going to be a long one but you will see the lengths that this man (and the company) went to make sure that my customer experience was nothing but a top class.

Let me first say that we live in California. My wife and I were celebrating our 20 year anniversary and we had always wanted to go on a cross country trip. After years of renting RVs we had decided to purchase one of our own. After a few false starts with others in CA, we decided to look outside of the state for the Brinkley model i 294.

Unfortunately at the time we were looking, no company had one for sale. It felt like we had called almost every Brinkley dealership in the country. Some had made promises to get a unit and others were straight shooters saying they couldn't get the unit in the timeframe we wanted it, but a few months down the road.

That was until I called Beckley's RVs and I was put in contact with Jordan. He told us that they had a 294 possibly on the way, but he wanted to check. He called me back in about 20 minutes and said he could put a rush on it for us. This was because in 2 weeks my wife and I were planning on flying across country, renting a truck, and then driving back to CA. Oh and I threw in a curveball also asking him upgrade the solar package before we got there.

To my amazement he said he was confident that his team was going to be able to do it and for some reason I had full trust in him. I have been in and around sales my entire life and you know you can just tell when someone is selling you some BS to close you. NEVER once did I ever get that icky feeling that you get with a pushy sales person.

Just the opposite, in fact you could tell he cares about his clients and he is just there to provide options to the client with integrity and guidance. Then when they decide, he helps them get what they want. THAT is what a sales representative should do and how they should act.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service every time whether to call upon or leave RV for service. Bobby in service is outstanding in his knowledge and expertise. He is courteous with utmost compassion for any situation that I have encountered. Needless to say he has always been available to take my calls. - Karen
