I want to thank you for all the support and help you have provided us. My wife and I bought our Winnebago Micro Minnie from Beckley's last September.and have been extremely happy with the service we have received from the both of you.
Shawn, you made the buying experience as simple as possible. You explained what options were available and the how they would benefit our camping experience. During the walk-through of the trailer you showed us how everything worked and made sure all the problems were taken care of before we took the trailer home.
Misty, you have been great to work with for both winter storage and warranty service.. Unknown to us, our credit card company put a security hold put on our credit card that you had been using for the monthly storage fee due to possible credit card fraud and you helped us work through that with minimum problems. Thank you. I am active on several travel trailer websites and have been hearing that it took people 3-4 months to get warranty repairs done to their trailers. We had three different warranty repairs done (all small items but things that needed to be done) and all of them were done in what I considered to be well within a reasonable amount of time, not months of waiting. Plus unlike some service centers, the repairs were done correctly the first time.
We have been very happy with the service we have received from Beckley's and will continue to recommend you to all our camping friends.

Great Toy-Hauler ExperienceI wanted to reach out and thank the Beckley's team at Thurmont for a great toy-hauler experience both yesterday and at the RV show in Timonium. I fell in love with the KZ Sportsmen Classic 180THT at the RV show and picked it up just yesterday. Thanks!We picked up our new T@B max s today and are satisfied customers. Ed was very friendly and helpful through the process and went over the rv with us in great detail. Kudos to Shane in service as well. He was very courteous and knowledgable. When we ran into a small hiccup in the installation of the receiver, Craig Beckley and Shane were right there to go over the issue and explained what needed to be done. The impression we have is that Beckley's wants it done right. We will need to come back to get the Honda Pilot hitch cover installed but I am satisfied that we are getting top notch service. Thanks
